I haven’t received my password yet since I entered my username

You need to create a username and a password yourself, a password is not automatically assigned by the system. Once you have created a username and password, an automated e-mail will be sent to you confirming the details of your account creation.

I haven’t received the email confirming my user account details

Please check both your e-mail inbox and your junk/spam folder. If no confirmation of your account creation can be found there please e-mail admin@baden-baden-reinsurance.de and one of our staff will send you a temporary password.

How can I registering multiple delegates for the Baden-Baden Reinsurance Meeting?

Firstly, log in with your access data via “Log In”. You can then register yourself or your other participants for the Baden-Baden Reinsurance Meeting via “Profile” under “Register your attendance here“. Complete the registration form and click on “submit form. Once you’ve submitted your first form several options will appear on the screen. To register another delegate, select the option Click here to register a delegate” and “Register Attendance. Keep repeating this process until you have registered all of the delegates you need to.

Please note that simply submitting the registration form does not constitute a binding delegate registration, as all entries will be reviewed and verified by our staff and this will take several business days.

I would like to change the name of the delegate or cancel a participation

Firstly, log in with your access data via “Log In”. You can then change your profile data or the data of your participants via “Profile”. To do so, please click on “Edit participant”. As soon as you have submitted the new data, it will be checked and confirmed again. You can also cancel your participation here by clicking on “Cancel attendance”.

Are there any costs for the delegate registration, and if so, how much would that be (for each person)?

Registering delegates for the Baden-Baden Reinsurance Meeting is free of charge.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCESS DATA?

First, log in with your hitherto existing access data via “Log In”. You can then enter a new e-mail address and/or set a new password via “Profile”. To do so, click on “Generate Password” and then on “Update Profile” so that the new data is saved. 

Important: The “Username” cannot be changed afterwards.

MY MAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED / I HAVE CHANGED COMPANIES; CAN I CONTINUE TO USE MY OLD ACCOUNT?

Yes, this is possible. First, log in with your hitherto existing access data via “Log In”. You can then enter a new e-mail address via “Profiles”. Fill in your new e-mail address in the field “E-mail (required)” and click on “Update Profile” that the changes will be applied.

Important: The “Username” cannot be changed afterwards. 

I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THIS YEAR’S REINSURANCE MEETING AND NEED AN INVITATION LETTER 

Please log in with your access data via “Log In” and select “Invitation Letter” in the menu under “Service”. Please use the form provided there to apply for your invitation letter, while considering that all required documents must be submitted together with the online form. The data for the invitation letter will be taken directly from the online form – subsequent changes are not possible. Please fill in the form carefully.

I CANNOT ACCESS THE DATA OF THE PARTICIPANTS I REGISTERED IN PREVIOUS YEARS

Please make sure in advance that the delegate registrations in previous years were also made through the same account. If this is the case and the data is still not accessible, please send a list of the persons concerned to admin@baden-baden-reinsurance.de in order to review the case. 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

Please use the “Lost Password” function on the “Log In” page. Enter your username or e-mail address. By clicking on “GET NEW PASSWORD” you will receive a notification e-mail including a link to reset your password. Please check your email inbox as well as your spam folder afterwards. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT THE REGISTRATION WAS SUCCESSFUL

Please check both, your email inbox as well as your spam folder. As soon as the registration has been verified and confirmed, the registered attendee will appear on the “My Registered Attendees” page. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REGISTRATION? WHICH STEPS DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW?

After successful delegate registration you will receive an accreditation note to reconfirm your participation up to 10 days prior to the start of the event. As part of this accreditation process you will also receive your personal access code for entry to the individual venues.

IMPORTANT: This access code can only be accessed within the ReinsuranceMeeting Baden-Baden app.

Please download the ReinsuranceMeeting Baden-Baden app from the respective app store of your smartphone and bring your access code (QR code) with you in digital form to present it at the entrance control of all venues.
We will keep you informed about all the necessary steps via mail.

WHEN WILL THE APP BE AVAILABLE?

Due to the current rules and regulations to be observed this year, some adjustments to the app were necessary. The work has now been completed and the updated version of the ReinsuranceMeeting Baden-Baden App is now available for free download in the App Stores.

IMPORTANT: This year the use of the app is mandatory and allows you to entry to all venues by QR code.
